Technical Subfloor Remediation & Preparation
A flawless decorative coating requires a scientifically sound substrate. We mechanically test, grind, waterproof, and laser-level your concrete before applying finishes, eliminating the risk of bubbling, cracking, or delamination.
Mechanical Diamond Grinding
Opens substrate pores, eliminates weak laitance and old bitumen or tile adhesives, and profiles the concrete (CSP 2–3) using industrial planetary grinders with HEPA dust extraction.
