These Terms & Conditions govern all quotations, site surveys, material orders, and installation services provided by NORTH WEST RESIN FLOORING SPECIALISTS LTD (Registered in England & Wales, Company No: 17374922). By requesting a quote or booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Quotations, Pricing & Payment

  • Validity: Formal estimates and quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Payment Structure: Installations require a deposit upon booking to secure project dates and cover material procurement. The remaining balance is strictly due upon job completion and sign-off.

  • Variations: Additional work required due to unforeseen structural defects, deep moisture issues, or changes in project scope will be quoted and agreed upon prior to execution.

3. Subfloor Preparation & Site Access

  • Site Readiness: The client must ensure the work area is clear of all furniture, appliances, and debris, and that clear access, electricity, and water supplies are available on site prior to commencement.

  • Subfloor Conditions: While we conduct mechanical diamond grinding and surface preparation, we are not liable for pre-existing structural ground movement, severe moisture ingress not disclosed prior, or dynamic cracking within the underlying concrete slab.

4. Material Characteristics & Finishes

  • Hand-Poured Artistry: Resin finishes (specifically Metallic Marble systems) are custom-poured and hand-troweled on site. While we match agreed colour palettes, individual swirls, movement, and visual patterns are artistic and unique to each installation.

  • Curing Times: Clients must strictly adhere to provided post-installation curing schedules before walking on or placing heavy items on the surface.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 7 working days of the scheduled installation date may result in a retention of the deposit to cover pre-ordered custom materials and reserved labor.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
